Francis & Company was established in 1995 by Leonard H. Francis. Having practiced in Meadow Lake since 1980, Leonard built Francis & Company on a deep knowledge and understanding of the community.

Meadow Lake is a dynamic and developing area of Saskatchewan and Francis & Company has continued to grow along with the community as new lawyers and staff have joined the firm. In 1996 Francis & Company welcomed Brenda L. Gregor, a lawyer with advanced legal education and significant experience in civil litigation. In 2007, Francis & Company welcomed a third lawyer, Jacqueline R. Francis, to the firm.
